Much of the work that Women Against Gun Violence does in the community is made possible by the generous financial support from individuals, foundations and corporations. Half of our annual budget is provided by public donations. Your generous support will assist our programs and their success.

 

• A donation of $50 will allow a WAGV Speaker to tell his/her experience with gun violence and ways to prevent gun violence in the community.

• A donation of $100 will educate and train gun violence survivors to be effective grassroots advocates.

• A donation of $150 will print 500 copies of our newsletter, The Activist.

• A donation of $250 will enable five people to attend WAGV’s Education for Action Policy Forum.

• A donation of $500 will fund an Empowerment Group meeting.

• A donation of $1,000 will fund the printing of 2,500 copies of our informational brochures to educate parents on “How To Talk With Your Kids About Guns” or  2,500 of our upcoming youth booklet.

 

Tribute Donation - Any contribution you make to WAGV can be made in honor of a birthday, anniversary, bar/bat mitzvah, wedding, holiday or in memory of a loved one. When you make a donation to WAGV in honor of a friend or loved one, we will send a WAGV card as an acknowledgement.
